IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH AN ATM
We are sorry you've experienced trouble with an ATM. In accordance with Federal Regulation E, you MUST contact your card issuer (i.e. bank or credit card company) at the telephone number on the back of your card to settle all transaction disputes. Cash Depot is simply the transaction processor for the ATM, and we do not have access to your account - this is something only the card issuer has access to. While speaking with them, the card issuer may ask for the ATM terminal number. This number is a six digit number at the top of your receipt starting with SR or LK.
