Salary:  $21.00 - $24.00

Education: Certification or Vocational

Experience: 3 – 10 Years

Position Overview:
Assist the Director of Operations in the daily monitoring and management of the operations division.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the operations director in the daily operations of the division
  • Attend management meetings in the absence of the operations director
  • Monitor daily and monthly expenses for operations
  • Review and process subcontracted invoices
  • Vehicle Procurement
  • Assist in directing property maintenance personnel
  • Provide analysis on operations performance
  • Create monthly uptime reports
  • Report daily production activity


  • Certificate or Degree from Technical School in relevant field
  • Prior job experience preferred
  • Is customer focus driven
  • Maintain high organizational standards
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurability status

Other Skills / Abilities:

  • Communicate effectively with subordinates and piers
  • Maintain good oral and written communication skills
  • Operate as a team player

This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
